How long until I get my order?
Our in-stock products ship in 3-5 days. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Are herbs safe?
The herbs and oils we use are all natural, non-GMO, and organic when available. We list all our ingredients in our product descriptions and welcome any questions about our products.
Always consult a physician or certified clinical herbalist before using any herb, especially if you take any medications, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a chronic illness. Products from Nor’Eastern Herb Company, LLC have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnosis, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or illness.
What’s the difference between bulk and wholesale?
Bulk orders are for personal use (gifts, favors, etc…) and wholesale orders are for re-sale by a business in a shop (online or physical retail). For more details, please read our Bulk & Wholesale Policy.
Why doesn’t this look/smell like the last time I ordered?
While our recipes and methods of production never change, natural and raw ingredients do vary from time to time. This may present as a slight difference in appearance or smell but does not change the effectiveness, purpose, or intention of our products. Rest assured we blend and brew our batches the same way every time and guarantee the quality of our products. Mishandling or inappropriate storing our products may result in spoilage.
What’s in your soap?
All our bar soaps are scratch-made and vegan. Our soaps contain organic and non-GMO oils, herb, flowers, and butters – that’s it!
Our soaps never contain palm oil, parabens, phthalates, SLS, fragrance, dye, coloring, or essential oils!
How do I use my Ritual Paper?
Our Handmade Ritual Paper is great for journaling, intention setting, ceremonies, rituals, energy and divination work, creating artwork, spell casting, or adding a layer of focused energy to any personal practice you have. Write on it, paint it, burn it, plant it, make art with it, add it to spell jars, include it on a vision board; let your intuition guide you. There is no wrong way to utilize this wonderful tool!
